4.1 Compilation of Council Directory

The Section Council Directory is published annually with revisions issued throughout the year as changes are reported. The Communications Committee is responsible for gathering directory information for all Council members before the annual meeting, and for compiling the directory. The Directory is distributed to the Council representatives and representatives-elect, and the MLA Board of Directors, in the first Council mailing after the annual meeting.

4.2 Format of Directory

Entries in the Directory include the following:

• Name of Section
• Name of Representative or Representative-Elect
• Term of Office
• Mailing Address
• Email Addresses
• Business and Home Phone Numbers
• Fax Number
